School Leadership

Mrs. Chrisman is entering her 27th year in education, bringing extensive experience and unwavering dedication. She began her career as an elementary classroom teacher in the Howard-Suamico School District before moving into leadership roles as principal at Roosevelt Elementary, Alliance Charter Elementary, and Hoover Elementary within the Neenah Joint School District.

Guided by the core values of authenticity and family, her leadership is characterized by an open-door policy and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Mrs. Chrisman firmly believes that every member of the school community deserves to feel safe and supported. Through a focus on systems thinking, she promotes consistency and collaboration across the entire school community.

Beyond her professional life, Mrs. Chrisman enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Markelle and Mya. She also loves her goldendoodle, Marvin!
